Zumindest haben wir diesen Eindruck durch die „Sichtung“ diverser Bautagebücher gewonnen (an dieser Stelle einen herzlichen Dank an alle, die sich die Mühe gemacht haben, ein Bautagebuch zu schreiben und uns damit bei der Orientierung geholfen haben). Bisher hat die "Bauunion 1905" unseren Vertrauensvorschuss auch gerechtfertigt. Zudem haben uns einfach die angebotenen Haustypen und diverse Ausstattungsdetails gefallen. Sehr aufschlussreich war in diesem Zusammenhang auch der Besuch der Musterhausausstellungen in Netzen und Fallingbostel.
